Again the Ford was going down the O'gara hill toward Granger Street, a main drag. This time I plowed into a giant maple tree by the curb. It made enough of a crash that Robert, Alex's dad, came out to note that I had just hit the tree.- Alex explained the tree was the only way t stop the Ford. Robert looked at us both and returned inside. Miraculously we made it home in the Ford that day and it never ran again: I sold the Ford to Danny Price for $25 to make my mother happy. And I for some reason I never owned a Ford again.
